York, 46, responded to an ad on a prostitution site and agreed to pay $140 for a sexual encounter at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community in East Palestine, Ohio, where he was arrested Sunday morning. He pleaded no contest Monday to reduced charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, receiving two days in jail with credit for one day served, plus $1,150 in fines and forfeiture of $160 seized. The 49ers called it a resolved legal matter with no further comment, as the NFL has yet to address potential discipline ahead of the regular season.
