Boston Celtics Return to Winning… With the Return of Neemias Queta

The Portuguese international played for eight minutes in the triumph over the Denver Nuggets.

The Boston Celtics left behind the defeat suffered in their visit to the Oklahoma City Thunder, by 105 to 92, and returned, in the early hours of Tuesday to Wednesday, to triumphs, beating the Denver Nuggets, by 106 to 118.

A match that was marked by the return of Neemias Queta, who, after having missed the trip to the Chesapeake Energy Arena, due to a technical decision by Joe Mazzulla, played for eight minutes at the Ball Arena, after which he was able to score eight points, which ended up being of capital importance.

The ‘spotlight’ ended up, however, falling mainly on the inevitable Jayson Tatum, the top scorer of the entire match, with a total of 29 points, to which he also added four rebounds and six assists.

After all, the Boston Celtics now have 27 wins in 37 games, which leaves them in second place in the NBA Eastern Conference, behind only the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Denver Nuggets are fourth in the West, with 20 wins in 35 games.
