In a late Tuesday interview on Hannity’s program, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine asks every day for negotiations or a ceasefire to let diplomats work, noting that President Trump and Europeans want peace while Putin does not. He praised the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died July 11, 2026, at age 71 after visiting Kyiv, for his 10 trips near front lines and co-authoring the Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025, now revived with White House support for tariffs on Russian oil buyers. Zelenskyy claimed Russia loses 30,000 soldiers monthly with momentum shifting, amid the war’s fifth year of slow Russian gains at high cost and stalled peace efforts where Putin demands territorial concessions.
