A nephew of Donald Trump guarantees, in his memoirs, that he heard his uncle say, on at least two occasions, that it was better to let some highly disabled people die, rather than spend large amounts of money to help them.

The New York Times obtained a copy of the memoirs, from which it is publishing today some extracts with statements by Donald Trump outside of official acts, among which the reference to people with disabilities stands out, as his nephew has a son with severe problems of intellectual development.

The newspaper recalls that Fred C. Trump III criticized his sister Mary for having published in 2020 a book with details about the Trump family, from which Donald came out very poorly, even accusing her of treason, but now, for reasons still unknown, he has continued the same path.
