When you hear someone talking about processed food, you immediately think that it’s something to keep out of your diet. The truth is that this is not the case. There are some that can bring benefits to the body.

- Canned beans;
- Canned fish;
- Frozen fruit and vegetables;
- Packaged salad greens;
- Cheese
- Wholemeal bread
- Whole grain cereals;
- Low-sugar yogurt.
