Amazon seems to be willing to increase its investment in Anthropic, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that is considered one of OpenAI’ s main rivals.
According to The Information, Amazon is in talks to invest billions of dollars, but the company has made it a condition that Anthropic only uses the chips developed by Amazon to train its AI models.
It’s worth remembering that up until now Anthropic has only used Nvidia chips, so the deal could lead the company to make big changes.
