THE SUSPECT REPORTEDLY:
•Wore a “No Lives Matter” T-shirt
•Donned a helmet with far-right symbols referencing Anders Breivik’s “2083” manifesto, Brenton Tarrant (Christchurch attacker), and the acronym “SYGAOWN”
•Carried two knives, pepper spray, and suspected explosives
•Filmed the attack and took a selfie with the victim’s body
REPORTS STATE HE:
•Asked students about their nationalities
•Targeted a teacher he believed was “not ethnically Russian”
•Chased and k*lled the young boy while shouting racial slurs
•Pepper-sprayed and stabbed security guard Dmitry Pavlov, who tried to intervene
He had previously sent classmates an 11-page manifesto expressing hatred based on nationality and religion.
The suspect had been a student at the school for three years and told a teacher shortly before the attack that he would “soon go to prison.”
