Man sentenced to two years for brutally attacking another man inside a McDonald’s.
Video footage from June 2024 shows Heath Miller and Timothy Jerome Roberts talking inside a McDonald’s in Albuquerque, N.M.
Miller then hits Roberts and repeatedly punches him while he was on the ground.
Roberts suffered severe injuries and was placed in a coma.
His family says he continues to live with a severe brain injury from the attack.
Under a plea agreement, Miller faced a maximum of two years in prison
