The Spanish National Police Force has arrested a man suspected of stabbing his housemate in the neck, leaving him to bleed out in the street, following an argument in Valencia.
According to the Spanish daily ABC, citing police sources, the incident occurred late Saturday afternoon. After injuring the victim, the suspect went to the house they shared, where he was arrested by officers, still with the reputation he had used in the crime.
Before returning home, Levante-EMV reports, the suspect sat on a bench smoking a cigarette, while the 52-year-old victim bled to death at the door of the property.
The man was treated at the scene and taken to hospital in a very serious condition.
