Kyiv Accuses Russia of Attack with 188 ‘Drones’ Overnight

Ukraine has announced that it was the target of a Russian attack overnight, using a record number of 188 combat drones, which Kyiv said damaged residential buildings and “essential facilities”.

“During the night attack, the enemy [Russia] launched a record number of Shahed and unidentified combat drones,” as well as four Iskander-M ballistic missiles, the Ukrainian Air Force said.

“Unfortunately, essential facilities were hit,” the Air Force added.

According to Kyiv’s forces, Ukraine’s air defences shot down 76 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and about a hundred lost their way due to electronic jamming by the Ukrainian army.
