Five people from the same family, including three children, were found dead on Tuesday night in a house in Utah, USA.
According to Fox, the family of one of the victims alerted police on Monday that they were suspicious of a woman’s absence. The police went to the scene, but no one answered the doorbell. The agents peeked inside the house and, seeing nothing strange, decided to leave.
The next day, the woman missed work so the same relative decided to go to the family home and entered through the garage. There, he found a 17-year-old boy with gunshot wounds but still alive.
However, the other five family members were dead. The victims are a 42-year-old man, a 38-year-old woman and three minors aged 11, 9 and 2.
The 17-year-old was hospitalized and has not yet been able to give a statement to explain what happened. Authorities, however, believe there are no suspects at large and that the shooting is an isolated incident at the residence in question.
