According to the recent lawsuit over the alleged rape, a third celebrity – who would be a woman – was present in the room and saw Diddy and Jay-Z in the alleged criminal act.
In images obtained by the Daily Mail, Jennifer Lopez can be seen arguing with Diddy that same night. There is nothing concrete to indicate that the singer is the aforementioned third celebrity, and she was also not named in the process.
