The blogger explains that to win over her current boyfriend, a successful banker, she had to lose 15 kilos, have plastic surgery on her nose and inject silicone into her lips, cheeks and chin.
“Be classy and always stay on top of your game. Be polite, refined and make efforts to improve your appearance.
